The sizing of children’s jewellery is really dependant on the size of the child rather than the age as children do vary so much.
If you can it is a good idea to try to measure the child’s wrist before purchasing.
Use a flexible measuring tape or piece of string, and gently wrap it around the child's wrist, just below the wrist-bone or ankle if purchasing an anklet.
As a general rule, for a comfortable fit, you should allow an extra 1-2 cm after measuring a firm fit depending on the overall length.
